With recent new legislation about the requirement for estate agents to provide key material information upfront in their advertising to buyers, we go one step further and take a different approach to selling your property.

Progressing the Sale
We're not quite there yet! Once you have accepted an offer, your preferred solicitor will need to be instructed (if you haven't already done so). We are happy to recommend our trusted suppliers, but we won't be insisting you use them.
As your sale progresses, there may be some inevitable bumps in the road, so to ensure your sale has the best chance of progressing to completion, we now have a dedicated sales progression team to help you along the way.
The team will keep in contact with you, your conveyancers and the chain regularly, helping to overcome any sticking points or delays and will update you weekly on progress.
