Fully Managed or Let Only?
Managing rental properties successfully requires time, effort and experience.
In order to manage a property in Wales you need to have completed an accredited training course with Rent Smart Wales to be able to do so. Otherwise, you will need a Licenced Agent to carry out the management work on your behalf.
