My role and purpose at Preseli is to raise the bar, improve your experience and increase your expectations of what you can expect from an estate agent. This now also extends into Property Sales which we launched at the tail end of 2021. There is nothing that gives me greater pleasure than a feeling  that I have helped you find your perfect home, solved your problem or supported and guided you through a difficult period, whatever that may be.

Charlotte joined Preseli Property in October 2020 after a long career in the industry in Surrey, and a background in Lettings and independent Inventory systems. Also qualified in Residential Lettings and Property Management, Charlotte moved to Pembrokeshire to her partner's home town of Narberth for a better work-life balance.

With a keen eye for detail, Charlotte is extremely organised and diligent, conscientious and meticulous in her role and is instrumental in developing the company’s customer care experience. Since moving to Pembrokeshire, Charlotte has embraced the Welsh language and pronunciation- she loves a challenge!

Having spent years in customer facing roles, I love meeting people, and there is nowhere I would rather do this than this stunning area where I grew up.

I joined the Preseli team in September 2021 and despite being a newbie to the industry, I am enthusiastic about all things property!

I am excited to build on my experience and knowledge and so am currently working towards achieving my professional qualifications, whilst helping residents and owners have the very best lettings experience. Coming from a background in the beauty industry and customer facing roles, I joined the team at Preseli as a sales and lettings consultant in May 2023, fresh into the world of property. I am a Welsh speaker originally from Cardigan and moved to Pembrokeshire several years ago. I agree when people say, ‘west is best’! I adore meeting new people during viewings and working alongside our landlords and owners to give them the best service I possibly can, whilst working with the best team. I moved to this amazing part of the world recently, and have settled into my role here in Preseli easily following my previous Property Management roles.  I am passionate and keen to learn new skills and to broaden my skills set. Every day is a school day! I strive to give a positive experience to all our owners and residents alike. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach,  I am ready to contribute all I have and grow within a fabulous environment here at Preseli, with a team of people that share the same values.
