Preseli Lettings supported me with advice when I was looking at which property to invest in, then with the process of preparing the property to be as good as it could be for the tenant, bringing in subcontractors to do the work it needed. They found a tenant and have looked after the property and the tenant ever since. I couldn’t ask for more.

Having previously had bad experiences with the buying and selling process we were sceptic about the type of service I would receive from a lettings company when we needed a property between house purchases.
Luckily we fell on our feet. The first company we called was Preseli Lettings. We required something very rural for the safety of our animals. They managed to do this within a week. We mainly dealt with Emma and Robbie. These lovely people made the whole process stress free. Everyone in the office is friendly, efficient and display high levels of competence and skill in their profession. When we moved into the cottage it was pristine, a very important point as we work within the food industry.
